Mitch Beer & George Carpenter - Kembla Grange                    
 
Patriot Bloodstock has enjoyed a strong association with Mitch Beer since 2022, when he was training out of Albury. Mitch prepared one of our first horses, Well In Sight, and together we went on an incredible journey, winning her first three career starts and earning a start at Flemington in the prestigious $1 million Inglis Sprint. It was a memorable experience for our ownership group and a fantastic early highlight for Patriot. Following his move to Kembla Grange in 2024 and the formation of a training partnership with George Carpenter, Mitch has continued to go from strength to strength. Together Mitch and George have firmly established themselves among the leading provincial trainers in New South Wales, consistently producing results and competing strongly in races across the state.

Paul Snowden - Port Macquarie
 
After spending more than a decade training in partnership with his father, Peter, Paul made the strategic decision to relocate to Port Macquarie in mid-2025 to establish a stable under his own name. The move proved immediately successful, with Paul quickly building momentum and training numerous winners in his own right. As a Group 1 winning trainer operating at a country price point, he represents exceptional value and is a tremendous asset to the Patriot team.

Now overseeing a more boutique-style stable, Paul takes a highly hands-on approach with his horses. He personally rides all of his own track work, allowing him to gain a deep, first-hand understanding of each horse’s progress, fitness, and temperament. This level of involvement translates into detailed, meaningful feedback for Patriot owners, who benefit from his outstanding communication and transparent updates. The first horse Patriot Bloodstock entrusted to Paul was Navy Buoy, and the results have been outstanding. Since joining his stable, Navy Buoy has recorded three race wins, including an impressive victory at Randwick, and has earned in excess of $90,000 in prize money in his first preparation alone.

Jack Bruce - Sunshine Coast & Deagon QLD 

Jack Bruce is a New Zealand-born thoroughbred trainer currently based out of Queensland, Australia. Jack began his career at Windsor Park Stud in Cambridge, where he developed a strong foundation in horse care and breeding before earning a place in the prestigious Godolphin Flying Start program, gaining elite international racing experience. Following this, in Australia, he further refined his expertise with Bjorn Baker, Chris Waller and Ciaron Maher, building comprehensive experience across training, bloodstock, sales and communications.

In May 2022, Jack established Jack Bruce Racing in Queensland, quickly earning a reputation for integrity, great communication, professionalism and strategic placement of horses. Since its inception, the stable has achieved strong results, and continues to grow within the Queensland racing scene. Jack currently trains Cool Archie’s full sister named Sentient for us.
