Headwater {Exceed And Excel} was a brilliant racehorse, a Group 2-winner as a 2 year-old, and stakes-winner at 3, before commencing stud duties. At stud, Headwater has been an underrated sire, he was leading second season sire in Australia in 2020-21, and has produced stakes-winners, JAMEA, WISDOM OF WATER, MILEVA, and AITCH TWO OH, among others.

The colts dam, Highland Secrets {Charge Forward} has had two foals to race, both winners, inlcuding KIMBERLEY SECRETS {Wandjina} the recent SERA Country Championship winner at just her sixth start, while her older sister, Lady Tabloid {Press Statement} is a 3 x winner in the country.

His granddam, Secrets Sleeping (NZ) {Viking Ruler} produced 8 foals to race, all winners including, Bring A Secret, and Go Wandji both 8 x winners.

Patriot Bloodstock purchased the younger sibling, Show Secrets {Showtime} at the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale in 2022. While Show Secrets is unraced, he is showing our trainer Mitch Beer very good ability and we were very keen to keep the progeny from the dam.

Mitch Beer has a proven record at taking country trained horses to the next level having won Country Championships, TAB Highways, and had multiple runners in the Kosciuszko. 

Being country trained he'll be eligible for Country Boosted Races, the Inglis Race Series including the newly introduced $100,000 maiden series, TAB Highways, Country Championships, and the Kosciuszko. Prizemoney in country New South Wales racing is at an all-time high, there is no better time to own a horse trained in country New South Wales.

Costs include purchase costs, GST, product disclosure statement, vet fees, bloodstock agents fees, auction expenses, marketing, registration & transfers, Inglis Race Series fee, BOBS, insurance, transport, breaking-in, pre-training, agistment, and all costs until September 1. 

Ongoing training fees per month are as follows. 
1% $50 + GST
2% $100 + GST
2.5% $110 + GST
5% $220 + GST 
7.5% $330 + GST 
10% $440 + GST 

Our fees are fixed each and every month with no extras except any unexpected vet fees, surgeries, feature race nominations, or anything out of the ordinary etc.
