We're thrilled to offer this filly by Brave Smash (JPN), a dual Group 1 winner in Australia at 1200m, and 1400m, and a winner at 2yo in Japan at 1600m.

Her dam, Calle Flora (USA) {Street Sense} was herself a 2 x winner in France at 1600m, and as a broodmare has produced 5 foals to race, all winners!

She is the dam of Handspun {Bernardini}, a 5 x winner with nearly $300,000 in prizemoney, and more recently Amulet Street {Epaulette} which finished 3^rd earlier this season in the $500,000 Country Championship Final at Randwick and has already amassed more than $180,000 in prizemoney in his short career.

It’s the first time Calle Flora has been paired with Brave Smash. The filly is by a Group 1 winning sire at 1200m, 1400m, and 1600m from a mare which won twice at a 1600m. We believe it’s the recipe for a successful matching.

The filly was originally sold at the Gold Coast National Yearling Sale in June for $16,000 and went through a recent Magic Millions online dispersal sale where we picked her up for almost half that original purchase price. Terrific value considering we’re 5 months further along.

She is a lovely balanced filly, with good bone and muscle. The filly was clean on both scope and x-rays.

To be trained by Cameron Crockett at Scone. Cameron is ranked amongst the top country trainers in NSW and is excited to have this filly enter his stables.

The filly is fully broken-in and currently spelling in the Hunter Valley. She will enter Cameron’s stable for her initial racing preparation early next year.  

Shares start at $1100 for 5%. Costs include purchase price, PDS, transport, breaking-in costs, vet certificate, registration, transfers, and all associated costs until the end of December at which time she should be ready to head to the trainer. 

Ongoing costs are fixed at $200 + GST each month for 5%, no extras except for unexpected vet call outs, surgeries, feature race nominations, or anything out of the ordinary etc.
